As an IBS warrior, you can spend so much of your time on automatic pilot. Your body may be in the present, pushing on through, doing things for others, pretending it's OK. But your mind may be time traveling; remembering the last flare up, or worrying about getting to the loo in time.
You can often be unaware of how you are actually feeling . Which seems like an advantage when you are in pain or anxious.
However, avoiding those feelings does not allow them to be processed. They can linger in the body and will cause problems sooner or later.
This guide will teach you the first steps to become more mindful, so you can process emotions and start to rid yourself of the emotional and physical burden of IBS.
What People Say
Tina has been nothing short of excellent. I was looking for someone who understood TMS and could help me with the extreme anxiety, compulsive perfectionism, IBS and CPPS symptoms I was experiencing. Her therapy gives you the tools to recover and more. I've been able to go from thinking non-stop, fearing pretty much everything, to actually almost being laid back! Which is crazy! Family and friends have noticed a distinct change in how I am day to day, which is really great.
What I think is especially important is that I have not just been given tools to 'cope', I have been shown a process and have slowly learnt and experienced it. This isn't really something you can 'lose' once you understand it. I am now more resilient and able to tackle day to day with more joy and less stress.
My CPPS and IBS symptoms are now under control. I can go and do what I want without worrying about them. They are not totally gone yet, but I have many days gone by without any symptoms whatsoever. I am experiencing fewer and fewer symptoms with every passing week and have no doubt I can completely resolve them with a little more time. I don't experience any pain whatsoever anymore if I get symptoms.
Overall, I feel like I have control over my mind and body again!
Thanks!

I would have continued in the same cycle of anxiety, depression then recover a bit and it start again. I now can recognise the signs of me becoming anxious/ stressed and stop it.
You have to give it a go, you may not think it will help, but if you don’t try it you’ll never know. It helped me more than I thought possible. I believed nothing could help me, but without Tina I’d have never got better.

You’re not alone, you know?
For years, I suffered with Fibromyalgia, IBS, jaw dysfunction and severe migraines...
Until I learnt to overcome these conditions and start taking control of my body and life.
I was able to go from working part time for the NHS and struggling on my entrepreneurial journey to going full force with my business, knowing “I can do this now!” My pain no longer limited me.
Now, I help others to release their pain by dealing with their physical symptoms at a psychological level - something very few people are looking at.
My biggest motivation is to help people like you go from feeling lost, alone and misunderstood to supported, comforted and freed from the discomfort.
